solving the Rubik cube online

Many people struggling to solve the Rubik’s Cube would like a tutorial to teach them it. When the Cube first came about there were extremely few tutorials. You certainly had no internet access in the 1980’s.

In the 1980’s there were only a few books that had instructions to solve the Rubik’s Cube. At that time very few people would have been aware of these books. A lot of others were unable to understand the instructions in these books.

The Rubik’s Cube craze seemed to diminish after 1982. In 2003 the interest in the cube seemed to be growing a lot. In that year the second ever Rubik’s Cube World championship was held. This championship came about due to the recent much higher sales of Rubik’s Cubes.

From about this time a lot more Rubik’s Cube tutorials on the internet began to emerge. This was due to the sudden use of the internet and sudden interest in the Rubik’s Cube.

A lot of Cube tutorials were at You Tube. These tutorials at YouTube have grown rapidly since 2003. Other kinds of these cube tutorials were in websites. There are a lot more websites of this topic around today.

The best Rubik’s Cube tutorial videos and websites are better today than in 2003 because there is a lot more competition. The Long Layer Method was the easiest method to learn and was used in the 1980s. It takes on average 120 moves to solve the cube using this method of solving.

Since then more advanced methods have been invented. One of these methods is called the Lars Petrus Method. This method on average takes 65 moves to solve the cube. It is a complicated solving method and consists of about 10 algorithms that need to be learnt.

The Fridrich Method is a solving method which takes on average 60 moves to solve the cube. It requires a very good memory to learn all its algorithms. Tis method is commonly used by the World’s top speed cubers.

The Long Layer method consists of about 10 algorithms.

The Lars Petrus method is the other method I had learned besides the Long Layer Method and the Fridrich method. This method consists only of about 10 algorithms but it is a very complicated learning method.

This method is rarely used amongst the World’s top speed cubers. The Roux Method and the Waterman Method are other solving methods for the 3 x 3 Rubik’s Cube. These methods aren’t commonly used learning methods today
